Electrical conversion, energy systems and grid integration

The session is open to all interested in the following topics:

  1. Offshore wind
    Design, control and operation of wind turbines and plants, including collection system, transmission and grid connection.
  2. DC technologies
    Design and control of AC/DC and DC/DC converters for offshore wind and grids, operation and control of HVDC grids, offshore wind and DC grid protection, HVDC cables.
  3. Stability and control of AC/DC grids

This mini-symposium is organised as part of the ADOreD project (Accelerating the Deployment of Offshore wind using Dc technology).
