Reliability, monitoring and sensing, O&M

This session deals with applied uncertainty-quantification in practice: its statistical application in wind energy.  It thus spans multiple themes, as this general topic goes beyond wind resources or reliability, and is connected to everything from project financing to design.

This follows up a 2024 local Danish session on such, and accompanies the 61400-15-2 standard on wind resource reporting/uncertainty (finally) expected next year as well as the emerging 61400-9 on probabilistic design.
