Regular & Student registration fees include:

Welcome reception on Tuesday, all conference sessions, lunches, coffee & tea breaks from Wednesday to Friday, Nantes city guided tour on Wednesday, gala dinner on Thursday, conference App, book of abstracts and city public transport pass.
*A student ID will be required at check-in. PhD students count as students.

Cancellation policy

• 1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, he/she may substitute, after agreement with the organizer, someone else from the same organization.
• 2. In the event that a registrant cannot attend and is unable to be replaced by another person from the same organization, the following refund provisions apply:
  • Registrations cancelled before April 30th will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
  • Registrations cancelled between May 1st and May 31st will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
  • Registrations cancelled after June 1st will not be refunded.
• 3. Registration cancellations made after a visa has not been granted are eligible for a refund of the registration fee less an administration charge of €80.00 per registered participant. Notification must be received by us in writing (email or post) no later than June 13th for refunds to be eligible. Cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for refund.

Refund policy:

• 1. For payments received by credit card, the same card will be re-credited (applicable within two months of payment).
• 2. For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the beneficiary of the account. NB: for payments received by bank transfer outside France, reimbursement will be made by bank transfer and all inherent bank charges will be borne by the beneficiary.
